"This program has to be one of the most enjoyable and profound experiences I have ever had. It was quiet and gentle, profound and deep, and I had some of the best laughs I have had in a long time. I was also very aware of how you taught and conducted the training. It was wonderful to observe how you gently, yet with a sure hand, led us to teach ourselves and to teach each other. It was an exercise in the innate wisdom that resides in every human being." Training Coordinator

"I want to thank you and all of the Island people for such a wonderful stay. The training was very peaceful and enjoyable. Such a subtle and natural way for all to resource their health. I am so very thankful that the training was on Salt Spring Island. To travel on the ferry was such a wonderful way to set the mood for the training. The training was much more than I ever expected. To awaken to the 3 principles is such a wonderful gift. A gift that is here for ALL. I am now teaching the women in our program and receiving positive results." Director, transition haven for women released from prison

"I judge less, have less assumptions/expectations and more compassion and understanding toward others. The principles have helped me understand the past and put it into perspective." Aboriginal Elder & Education Consultant

"The clients I work with are typically in crisis and have many barriers that prevent them from attaining homes, employment and self-sufficiency. I used to find myself emotionally drawn into the crisis and sometimes feel anxious for the welfare of the clients Often at the end of the day I would be exhausted. Now I notice that I seem to have slowed down I am quieter and I listen in a different way. I notice more consistently this flow of energy, going back and forth between the client and me. I have a feeling deep connectedness that isn’t based in anxiety of fear for them in their situation. I am looking for the health in them and seeing it. The dynamics of our interactions have undergone a subtle change that is more rewarding, I expect, for both of us." Outreach Worker, Homeless Prevention Program

"Rather than a learning process with facts to remember, the Three Principles Course is a pleasant gentle experience of personal self-discovery. It is very professionally facilitated in a relaxed fire-side atmosphere of friendly group participation, trust and caring with subsequent guidance and support. Empowering and highly recommended." Founder/President, non-profit foundation

The beauty of insight is in seeing what was once difficult and complicated become easy and simple. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical that I could learn to talk to people about the Three Principles, especially in a business setting. My colleagues and I decided to go through the program anyway, thinking that we'd learn more about the Three Principles no matter what happens. To our surprise, we found ourselves successfully conducting two seminars on the Three Principles to over thirty people in our company. The program helped us gain the grounding, clarity, and confidence to share our understanding of the principles in a way that gently sparks interest and curiosity in others. It was truly a wonderful learning experience and one that we'll continue to build on." Manager, Organizational Development

"Being able to explore my understanding of the principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought has been a wonderful gift in my life. Through the exploration came a knowing that has led me to a place of deep peace. I no longer live with fear. I trust that the principles are at work, always. I feel as if I have only begun to explore this learning, this wisdom, however, it has already had a profound impact on my life. This has helped me handle all situations with grace and ease. Many of these situations would have been very stressful to me in the past such as negotiations with our local union and employee separations. It is a very exciting journey to open up to the wisdom that is within me – to trust that it is always there, always at work, always available, not only to me, to everyone. Even though the realizations did not seem huge at the time, it feels like an awakening – a shift in knowing. It is a subtle shift, yet like a ship on a long journey, a slight correction can make all the difference in the world." Human Resources
