3PHD offers Leadership and Human Development programs as well as coaching/consulting with individuals, organizations, and communities. Our programs are all based on the Three Principles and are intended for anyone interested in pursuing this understanding, both personally and professionally. The programs are a combination of presentations and interactive dialogue. They are designed to inspire insight-based learning and to draw out the participant’s understanding of the principles presented. Our programs are centered on assisting participants to access their own wisdom and well-being. From this wiser, more productive state they will know how to reduce personal and organizational factors that keep people from realizing new levels of creativity, motivation, and collaboration.
