Leadership Enhancement Program… This program is designed for organizations interested in exploring the impact of the Three Principles on their corporate culture. The seminar opens the door to:

The program will focus on assisting supervisors, managers, and senior executives to strengthen their leadership abilities by learning how they create their experience, moment-to-moment, and how this impacts stress, productivity, communication and relationships. Participants will also learn about their innate creativity and motivation and how to operate from that state more of the time. The training will consist of two, two-day sessions over a two-month period. Interviews will be conducted with participants prior to the training. This will provide for the building of rapport and deep listening so that the training will be relevant to the participant's needs. There will be a follow-up day about one month after the last two-day session. The follow-up day will explore what the participants have been learning, any questions that they may have, and how their enhanced understanding is impacting their lives, both personally and professionally. Cost and dates will be discussed with the client. |
